We do not charge any extra for delivery. Prices shown is including delivery.
Shipping Methods
UK Warehouse
Orders are usually dispatched via the Royal Mail, City-Link and Parcelineand & signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address and the item may then be picked up from your local depot or you can request a re-delivery on a convenient date. If you decide to pickup, please take an item of I.D with you.
Once your order has been despatched, delivery is usually arrive within 1 working days but please allow 2-3 working days, especially during busy postal periods or for deliveries to remote areas. We will use a shipping method we believe will be convenient, cost effective and safe and all orders will be processed via a shipping method at our discretion.
Hong Kong Warehouse
If you choose your item to be shipped from our Hong Kong Warehouse, your order will be dispatched via UPS. Delivery via UPS is normally within 3 working days but please allow upto 5 working days before contacting us regarding delivery.
Delivery times scales are from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00
Delivery addresses
Goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address and can not be delivered to an alternative address such as place of work or neighbours address.
PayPal Address Check
PayPal have their own address and other information verification system, if you use PayPal as a payment method and your address is unconfirmed, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
We may require additional information if we suspect am order to be fraudulent or we are required to acquire more information to comply with the law and card processing company. Failure to supply additional information will result in your order being cancelled by default.
UK Mainland orders only
Please note that, currently, we only ship goods within the mainland UK . Orders for customers outside the UK will not be processed.
Order processing
We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 5 working days, subject to stock status and availability. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM. We do not process orders during weekends or Bank Holidays.
Out of stock items
If we receive an order for an item out of stock, we will notify you via email and refund you as soon as possible. We may somtimes provide an estimated delivery date if available and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
